30-day guarantee You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

How to start a return Email rpfncontactbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping Unless your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at rpfncontactbusiness@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
